Doc Tucker at Kerry - Private

This acrylic on Masonite, semi-abstract painting with its ‘molasses’ look shows skydiver, Doc Tucker, at the point of touchdown when his canopy is about to fall.

The effective use of two colours results in a clear outline of events. The dark foreground, blended backwash and strong brushstrokes create aerial perspective and movement.
